Seelisberg: Welcome to the heart of Switzerland
Seelisberg lies on a peninsula in Lake Uri and is also known as the sun terrace above Lake Lucerne thanks to its incomparably beautiful landscape at 850 metres above sea level.
In the village you will find the mountain cheese dairy, the pilgrimage chapel, the Schiller balcony and an idyllic mountain lake. Barbecue areas, restaurants and a shop cater for your physical well-being.
In the natural swimming area, you can relax by the crystal-clear mountain lake, which is up to 24 degrees in summer. Rowing boats can also be hired here.
In winter, the wonderful snowy landscape is perfect for hiking from viewpoint to viewpoint.
Apartment block with plenty of space
The house was built in 1970 as a residential and commercial building. The village shop was closed in 1986 and subsequently converted into living space. The result was a 4½-room flat with a lakeside balcony and garden seating area.
There is a 5-room flat on the upper floor. Two independent flats can be realised from this.
The 3½-room flat on the top floor was completely renovated in 2021. It surprises with charming living spaces and a magical view.
The storage rooms on this floor are very practical. A studio with WC and shower completes the space on the top floor.
The attic is accessed via a ladder. All ancillary rooms such as the cellar, laundry room, oil heating and tank room are located in the basement. On the lake side, there is also the storage room on this level, which has separate access.
The house has a double garage and plenty of parking spaces for the residents.
