The Group can look back on a long history of business activity in Central Switzerland. The original company was founded in 1875 and has constantly changed and developed over the years. Today, the group is still owner-managed by the 5th generation of the family.

Della Valle Immobilen AG is one of the largest owner-managed estate agencies in Central Switzerland and has been part of the Falck Group since 2022. Property is the passion of the company, which was founded in 2009 and has offices in Ebikon, Horw, Meggen, Adliswil and Weggis. Whether buying or selling property, the Della Valle Immobilien team will provide you with professional advice throughout the entire transaction process.

Falck Immobilien GmbH (formerly Hartmann Immobilien GmbH) joined the group of companies in 2021. Founded over 30 years ago, the company is now an established property company based in Adliswil on Lake Zurich. Falck Immobilien specialises in property management, construction management and related consulting services.

Company history

1875
Louis Falck-Crivelli (1838-1905) founds one of the first private banks in Central Switzerland, Falck & Cie, on Kapellplatz together with Jakob Schmid (1840-1908), who later becomes a member of the Council of States.
1875-1900
Growth of the bank primarily in the bill of exchange business and in the area of small and infrastructure loans.
1910
Expansion and extension of the bank building on Kapellplatz in its current form.
1914-1945
Turbulent war and interwar years for the Swiss financial centre and the bank.
1945
Takeover of the bank by Charles Falck (1907-1982) in the 3rd generation. Focus shifts to investment advice and private banking.
1982
Louis and Peter Falck take over in the 4th generation. Internationalisation of the banking business and increased focus on global securities investments.
1997
Sale of the banking business to Julius Baer by Louis and Peter Falck and other partners.
1998
The nucleus of the new company is a business in the property and trust sector.
2017
Moritz Falck takes over the business in the 5th generation.
2021
Falck Immobilien GmbH (Adliswil, formerly Hartmann Immobilien GmbH) joins the group of companies.
2022
Since 1 January 2022, Della Valle Immobilien AG, with locations in Ebikon, Horw, Meggen and Adliswil, has been part of the Falck Group AG in Lucerne.
2025
Ceremony at the Herren zu Schützen society centre, Lucerne, on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the Falck Group.
